Jared’s Lawn Care LLC is looking for a turf professional. This is someone who is trust worthy, motivated, very reliable, and can work on their own without supervision. Prefer someone who is a licensed applicator or willing to get licensed by the MN Department of Agriculture. Must be able to interact with clients and present a professional appearance.

We are a turf care and snowblowing business in Brainerd, MN. We serve high end properties in the Brainerd Lakes Area. We strive to create lawns that exceed our customer’s expectations.

We have a unique opportunity for someone who is truly interested in creating and working with beautiful lawns. This position has some flexibility to it. It could be a great job for someone that is retired or someone that wants fulltime seasonal work, or someone who wants a permanent position with unemployment in the winter. We could also offer part time winter employment with our unique snow blowing service.

This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of a growing company. You will be working with the owner and the office manager. You will be working on your own after training.

Experience:

• Previous experience in applying turf applications, but willing to train the right person
• Property care experience: 2 years (Required)
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in lawn care
• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including fertilizer spreader/sprayers, lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Strong knowledge of taking care of lawns and basic lawn maintenance
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule:

• 24-50 hours per week (flexible)
